The pool heater is fine but the delivery process needs work.
I hadn’t confirmed delivery and actually emailed that I would be out of state and couldn’t take delivery yet when they apparently just decided to deliver it and leave it out on the lawn. It was in a resort so anyone could come along and take it or damage it. It laid out there for 2 days. A reasonable delivery would be to contact the purchaser, confirm a date and/or approx. time of delivery, and then deliver it so someone can be present to give instructions or take responsibility for the item.
It is not like it is just a small, inexpensive item they are just dropping off.
