Warranty Information

Pentair products are built with high-quality materials and craftsmanship. While most products come with a 60-day warranty, select bundled products qualify for extended warranty coverage.

• Select Bundled Products: Must include a pump, filter, and at least one of the following: heater, heat pump, control system, automatic cleaner, lighting, salt chlorine generator, or UV sterilizer.
• Qualified Installer: A licensed professional with a business license or contractor’s license (e.g., Pool Technician, Plumber, Electrician).
• Bundled products must be on the same invoice and installed together. If one item is ineligible, the full bundle is disqualified.
• TradeGrade Products: Must be bought from a physical store, pool builder, or pool service provider for extended warranties.
• Ecommerce (EC) Products: Bought from an authorized online reseller. Typically receive a 1-year parts-only warranty.
