All Copper Fin Tube Heat Exchanger

All Raypak Digital gas heaters come standard with an integral copper finned tube. The fin tubing is one piece of extruded copper for maximum heat transfer. Every Raypak Digital uses the same robust tube bundle found in Raypak’s large commercial boilers.

Stainless Steel Tube Sheet

Stainless steel tube sheets are used with Polymer resin headers for a completely nonferrous waterway — leaving your pool truly rust-free.

CPVC 2″ Water Connections

Every Raypak Digital comes with 2″ slip-fit CPVC water connections for secure, effortless installation.

Condensation Protection

Standard on all models is Raypak’s Unitherm Governor, which helps prevent condensation from low inlet water temperatures. It automatically regulates water flow to keep the exchanger above 105°F, controlling temperature and flow to eliminate condensation, sooting, and scale buildup that can shorten heater life.

High Flow Rates
