Warranty

Warranty is handled through Hayward. Sollos lamps have a 20-year manufacture warranty when installed in a Sollos fixture. When installed in another manufacturer’s fixture, they have a 5-year manufacture warranty.

Useful Life is defined as the point in time at which the lamp will maintain at least 70% of its initial lumens. The lamp will continue to burn past this point, but at decreased light levels.
