We recommend reviewing the warranty details on the manufacturer’s official website or contacting them directly for specific terms and conditions. In many cases:

Once a product is used, the manufacturer may only offer a replacement—not a refund.
Some manufacturers may offer to repair or refurbish the item rather than replace it.
Warranty policies vary across different product types.
Please note:

Original shipping fees are not covered under warranty.
If the item needs to be sent in for inspection, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Any modification to the product or using it outside its intended purpose may void the warranty.

If the warranty is managed through Prime Pool Market, the customer is responsible for:

Return shipping costs if the item needs to be sent back for inspection.
Shipping costs for the replacement item. We will request a credit card on file to authorize these charges. If the claim is denied, the authorization will be voided and you will not be charged.

Steps for Motor Warranty Claims:
Request an RMA # from Prime Pool Market before sending anything back.
Depending on the motor manufacturer, you may need to return the motor itself or specific motor labels to our supplier.
Pay a $25 shipping fee for the replacement motor. This fee must be authorized via a credit card prior to shipment. If the claim is denied, we’ll cancel the authorization and you will not be charged.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.
Once the returned motor or motor label is received by our supplier and the RMA # is properly marked, replacement motors typically ship within 3–5 business days. Delays may occur if the RMA is missing or unclear on the package.
