For this EC heater purchase, review Pentair’s current warranty terms: internet purchases receive one year of parts-only coverage from purchase, subject to the manufacturer’s conditions and exclusions.
Manufacturer bundle coverage: Pentair’s three-year bundle warranty excludes online purchases. Adding equipment or professional installation does not make an online purchase eligible for that extension.
*Note: Qualified Installer – Defined as a licensed professional who charges a fee for his services, and possesses a business license, contractor’s license and/or resale permit. Labor coverage: Internet purchases exclude labor. Where labor is covered under another Pentair warranty program, coverage is limited to the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada.
