Raypak, Inc. (“Raypak”) warrants to the original owner that this pool and spa heater, when installed in the contiguous 48 states of the United States by a properly licensed installer, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the stated warranty period. This warranty extends to subsequent owners only as required by applicable state law. Raypak will, at its option, repair or replace any defective part within the original warranty period.
