- Standard warranty: 1 year from purchase (exceptions below).
- Salt chlorine systems: 3 years (excluding AquaPure® Ei™, which is 1 year).
- Jandy variable speed pumps: 3 years.
- JXi heaters: 1 year (VersaFlo™ models have 5-year heat exchanger warranty).
- Heat pumps: 2 years standard, 5 years on compressors and heat exchangers.
- Nicheless underwater lights: 3 years.
- NeverLube® CPVC valves: Lifetime warranty.
- Commercial use: 1 year warranty on all products unless otherwise noted.
- Polaris® robotic cleaners: 2 years.
- Polaris® in-ground cleaner frames: 5 years.
- Wear-and-tear items, tools, and expendables: Not covered.
Warranty Limitations
- Applies only to licensed and qualified installer-installed products.
- Not valid for online or e-commerce purchases, except valves < 3″.
- Warranty is non-transferable.
- Fluidra is not responsible for labor, transport, or collateral damages.
Exclusions Include (not limited to)
- Improper installation or maintenance.
- Non-factory parts or modifications.
- Poor water chemistry (pH, CYA, TA, calcium hardness, TDS).
- Chemical misuse, environmental damage, weather, pests, freezing, or flood.
- Improper plumbing, electrical, programming, or equipment sizing.
- Operation outside of flow rate specs or with insufficient water.
- Blockages or debris in system components.
- Damage from other component failures (e.g., O-rings, cartridges).
Important Notes
- This warranty is exclusive and overrides all other warranties.
- Fluidra disclaims liability for incidental/consequential damages.
- Some vinyl liners are sensitive to abrasion or rubbing from pool tools or toys.
